Commonplace book, kept by Alexander (Princeton Class of 1820), containing copies of selections of Ancient Juvenilities, communium locorum, liber secundus, abstracts, notes upon authors, and essays in prose and verse; also contains a section of Reid's "Inquiry into the human mind", extracts from Beattie's "Minstrel," and literary diary entries from July 1822 through Sept. 1822.
